I contacted her on a Friday and she immediately came to our house In Sunrise Florida to talk to us about the process of selling our home . Mia has a passion for doing what she does! I love her passion, commitment, dedication, seriousness, and honesty. She goes above and beyond the call of duty. Mia is a caring woman 👩 and she not only cares about the immediate family she is working with ( In our case we were the sellers ) but ALSO shows a lot of concern for the other family ( in our case the buyers of our house ) as she always wanted to make sure I left the house well cleaned for the buyer. She is BY THE BOOK with her documentation . I met Mia because my Realtor in Montgomery Alabama HGHLY RECOMMENDED her and it was a blessing . She has so much Energy and loves selling / buying houses for families . Mia is super RESPONSIBLE and she is always on top of every single detail . She was up early on a Sunday a morning placing OPEN HOUSE signs on Weston Road, was always on time to show my house, and made beautiful videos of our house and uploaded them on Instagram . SHE IS super ENERGETIC. Mia calls called us and or texted us all the time to explain what she was working on . Mia helped us get a roofing company ( whom she has worked with for many Years ) and that company gave us a better price than any other company . Mia is TRANSPARENT and a wonderful person ! She is a great communicator and is always explaining everything to her clients . One thing I like about her is that she makes sure that your house is ready to be shown because she doesn’t want to show a disorganized and messy house and that makes things easier . That helped us sell the house in 10 days . All this was possible because of Mia . She is the BEST!

I have been in the mortgage industry for over 25 years. I have experienced both good bad and indifferent realtors throughout that tenure. I had a brief interaction with Ms. Zoll. I was very impressed by her knowledge, familiarity with the neighborhood, and up to date information of current housing market. She kept me updated about the house available catering to my budget and interest. Although I did not purchase my current home through Ms. Zoll, since I ended up buying a new construction home, she still helped me understand the pros and cons of new construction. (I could not register her as my realtor for this new construction since you have to take realtor with you during the first visit). Overall, I highly recommend Ms. Zoll to represent you during your home purchase or sale. You will not regret.

Mia Zoll is amazing! My journey started by listing my home to sell Buy Owner and I did so with confidence. Many Realtors reached out by phone and email to work to gain the listing. Mia stood out from the crowded pack. I was certain that I could sell my house on my own yet she quickly convinced me that her experience and knowledge of the market would be a benefit to me.
